When I am able to sleep, I have insomnia really bad I don't sleep much , when I do sleep it's not for very long


I had a sleep study done my results were this.


I was tested for sleep Apnea, spent the night at the hospital, was wired up for test, results of that test was

I stopped breathing 994 times, kicked my legs 278 times , woke up 139 times.

2nd night was tested with a c-cap (mask) to help me breathe better, I did a lot better with it.

I have sleep Apnea and C.O.P.D I'm on oxygen all the time,

I have to go back to my pulmonary Dr. on the 17th , One of my other Dr.s thinks I might have narcolepsy I have insomnia real bad, so yes I guess you'd say I'm sleepy
