04-04-2017Copying from a thread I made in 2013:
- start off with an eye primer so your eye shadow stays on for as long as possible through out the day
- then use a base color or eye shadow that is close your lily white skin pigment
- now take a black eyeliner thats easy to blend and start to create the cat eye shape
- next fill in the entire lid with a black eye shadow of your choice
- now water your eye's waterline with black eyeliner and go over it with the black eye shadow again to make it darker and last longer
- now curl your lashes and apply your favorite mascara
- optional but finish off with a bright pink lipstick
Remember not to shower or it'll wash out - after 2-3 days it should look pretty rough, feel free to reapply!

you don't KNOW ME. i am a good friend, i pride myself on that. and it IS a chore, she shouldn't have got herself in this situation and it is her fault. it is like when a friend gets drunk and you have to look after them. it is a hassle and you shouldn't have to do it, but you know you will do it because you do that for friends.
