relatively normal things freak fanfare out but he's totally fine with pretending to be a female online for 7 years straight

i don't think fanfare ever claimed to be that girl, he just used her picture as her avatar for a long time, assuming things is no way to live your life,,

I think this might interest you remote viewing/photons. There's a good chance it could help explain the infamous 'Predator' video with Jenna Bush. So, if someone is remote watching or remote influencing her, who is that someone? A parent/gaurdian making sure she doesn't say the wrong thing? And if that's the case why don't all parents have this technology? Why would the technology be secret? Is it partly helped from reverse engineering alien tech? In "The Day After Roswell", Philip Corso among other things talks about a 'headband' artifact that was recovered he hinted helped the aliens control the UFOs with their thoughts. Roswell was way before MK Ultra.
Dan Sherman in "Above Black" talks about being mentally trained and enhanced by the nsa with computers and pills to control thought patterns in order to telepathically communicate with aliens.
