when you cut through meat?
I mean like, you order your steak basically not cooked aty ALL.... and when the knife cuts through the meat, like a lazer your brain and your eyes focus so intently on every intricate detail of the moment..... you see the individual serrations... as if in slow motion, tear through the fibers of the muscle. occasionally you hit a rubbery vein and you see that last spout of crimson limply oooze out onto the meat...... dont get too hot........ you move to quick, you end up getting jammed up, cut into the bone and get stuck.... like fingers on a chalk board, desperately NEEDING to release the blade ...to continue to cut.....
