im not bothering with any champagne again

im giving wine one more shot, i got a bottle of inniskillin vidal gold to open when i get my next job. if i don't enjoy that then i just gotta accept the fact i don't like to drink

and i'll be pairing the inniskillin with either sevruga 000 or jamon iberico bellota, it can't possibly fail

i've never been a big fan of champagne anyway i like ultra-sweet wines like icewines and moscatos, not to mention fine bourbons like blanton's or better

would you even consider paying 1000 dollars for a wine or champagne?
das crazy even 200 would be a fair bit unless it sfor a special occasion

price is not very proportional to quality with wines
it is with bourbon, however.

i know.
most extremely high priced wines or champagnes are only that high because of "exclusivity" ... if its the only bottle left and it was made in the 1800s it would be worth thousands just because you can add it to your collection and say "i have this exclusive wine and you dont, i have 3 ps3s my life is better htan yours"

Blanton is good.
Basil Hayden is probably my favorite bourbon, but I'm more of a scotch guy. Well, I used to be, but I've been in a craft beer phase for about a year now.
