Ok, I went a bit crazy a few weeks ago

and during that episode I got all my cloths out of the wardrobe and threw them outside. I don't know what the purpose of that was but I also at that time made trip wires around all my doors, I don't know why I did that either. But anyway it's been a real hassle because all my cloths are in the yard and I have been having to load by load bring them in and wash them and dry them, I now have two huge piles of clean cloths inside and still piles of cloths outside just like rotting or whatever in the yard. It seems at this point that I cannot get on top of all this washing I wish I knew why I did that and I'm going to cry.

There are worse things I could have done than throw all my cloths out into the yard and go sleep walking thinking that I had to "go towards the light" by climbing over fences in the middle of the night and end up in the car repair shop standing under a security light with oversized pants fallen to my ankles before my wherewithal returned enough for me to realise where I was and have to climb back over a huge barbed wire fence to get back out and go home. But it is still really annoying because I have so much washing to do. I'm upset because I'm mentally disabled.

Yeah well sleep walking like that has only happened to me during times of great stress. I did go to the cop shop a week later and told a cop I went sleep walking.... I was at the cop shop to get an interim order. But I'm not discussing that.

no they helped, I only took them for about a week. They helped keep me in bed when I went to sleep and helped me not do things like throw all my cloths outside for a reason which I still cannot remember and would not have had a sane basis anyway :s

it really bothers me when I have an espisode like that, it's scary because obviously I had no idea what I was doing or why and while what I did didn;t really hurt anyone or anything it really upsets and bothers me because what if I did do something that did hurt someone one day whilst in such a state. I've kept jobs. But I can only wash and dry one load at a time. But I am currently on disability for a reason and this is part of the reason, this kind of thing and the depression that cripples me.

I also put things into bags, and the stuff I put in bags seems to be very random.

Yes, I took EVERYTHING out of the laundry cupboard where all those are kept so ALL of that stuff ended up outside in the yard, on the grass and on the concrete and table and chairs outside. It was raining a lot. I did not have a clean dry towel in the house that week and was drying myself after a shower with whatever of the cloths were left in my bedroom wardrobe. I also threw cushions outside, one of them was on the grass and it started to grow grass on it.
