well you are going in the right direction deleting spam and low quality posts from your forum by getting rid of all those pictures Kent dumped on your forum.
next, learn to moderate much less, don't stop people from posting if they're not doing illegal stuff or spamming. don't move posts around, leave people alone.

If you have friends who are into anime and manga, ask them to post on your forum. get people to spread the word
don't have shitty, low quality threads like count to infinity
If you want conversation starters, think of a good topic or poll question about anime or manga and post it

kent cannot converse normally. all he's capable of is spamming the same posts he finds from who the fuck knows where on multiple forums. some people like this, to bulk up their forums' post counts, but they're low quality posts that bring down the overall quality of the entire forum
