At 5:24 PM, Troopers arrested Steven Yelle, age 31, of 20 Woodland Drive, Coventry, Rhode Island, on a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Possession of Marijuana originating out of the Coventry Police Department. This arrest was the result of a call for a road walker on Route 95, in the City of Providence. Yelle was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by a Justice of a Peace and released.
