it seems it's nvidia exclusive, but it depends on monitor

However, I ordered a monitor that supports FreeSync which is from AMD that my gpu card supports it, this is equivalent of g-sync

if you mentioned about nvidia's exclusives which ones are PHYSX and others, also g-sync counts.
AMD had the exclusives too, someones that nvidia dont have and some that amd dont have neither.

I think it's fair enough to state g-sync and freesync, so we did a deal.
