always seemed like a strange concept to me. how does the water get outside the water bottle? i understand evaporation but it's on the side of the water bottle, not evaporating. if that much water is really leaving the bottle, how come it isn't empty in just a few hours?

the water on the outside is actually the family of the water inside,. it travels there from lakes and rivers to visit its incarcerated loved ones. This is why the toilet is full of water, because it encourages your piss to come out and join it
